Dan E. Oliver, Jr.

Dan E. Oliver, Jr., age 61, of Marion passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in his home.

Dan was born January 15, 1957 in Freeport, Illinois to the late Dan E. Oliver, Sr. and Carol (Nelson) Oliver.  His mother survives.

He was a 1975 graduate of Bennett High School.  Dan attended chiropractic school and worked as office manager for Dr. Oliver.  He enjoyed playing golf when he was younger and was an avid sports fan, especially I.U. basketball and the Green Bay Packers.

Dan is survived by his mother, Carol Oliver of Marion; a brother, Chris Oliver (Cara) of Marion; sisters, Christina Oliver of Marietta, Georgia and Carol Meese of Marion; half-sisters, Cindy Perry of Pendleton and Trisha Barton of Noblesville; brother-in-law, Ward Meese of Ft. Wayne; several nieces and nephews and his special neighbor, Mrs. Wright.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dan E. Oliver, Sr. on November 2, 1995; and a half-brother, Brad Oliver.

There will be no funeral services.  Cremation will take place.

Arrangements entrusted to Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
