Janice A. Wallace

Janice A. Wallace, age 81, formerly of Sweetser, Indiana passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at Georgetowne Place, Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

Janice was born July 4, 1936 in Wabash, Indiana the daughter of the late Edward and Ruth (Burke) Bizjack.  She married Robert Wallace and he preceded her in death December 28, 1993. 

She worked in financial services at Dana Federal Credit Union for 18 years before her retirement.  Janice was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Marion.  She was Doug’s Dog Rescue co-pilot.  She would hold them on her lap while they were driving.  They rescued Boston Terriers.  

She is survived by her two sons, Kent Wallace and Doug Wallace, both of Ft. Wayne;  brother, Larry Bizjack (Mary Ann) of  Las Vegas, NV; sister, Linda Devault, of Tennessee; grandchildren, Stasia, Andru (Ashley), Brandin, Evin (Kati) Wallace, all of Ft. Wayne; six great-grandchildren and her Guardian Angel, Debby Bilinski of  Ft Wayne.

She was also preceded in death by brother, Jack Bizjack, and sister-in-law, Dawn Bizjack

Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.  A Rosary Service will be held at 6:30 p.m.  Friends and Family may also call on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to Funeral Mass.

Funeral Mass service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday May, 3, 2018 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1009 Kem Road, Marion with Father Richard Wiesenberger officiating. 

Burial will immediately follow Mass at Falls Cemetery, Wabash Indiana.
