Jerry and I grew up together in Marion and were the closest cousins possible. Most people thought we were brothers because of the way we acted and defended each other, often to the amusement and surprise of our families. One of my best childhood memories was the trip I took with Uncle Ed and Aunt Bonnie to the Smokey Mountains. Jerry and I has the time of our young life's and realized there was a big world out there that formed my thirst for travel that exist to this day. I can't emphasize how important Jerry has been to me over the past 63 years. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time together as adults, Jerry was never far from my thoughts. The countless phone calls and visits over the years will keep us bound forever. My condolences to all of Jerry's close family members, especially Carla, Eddie, and Susie. I will always remember the good times, mostly because these are the memories that made Jerry and I the brothers that everyone thought we were. Rest in glorious peace until we meet again.
