Terrie L. Haynes

Terrie L. Haynes, age 63, of Fairmount, formerly of Marion and Gas City passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in her home.

Terrie was born September 11, 1955 in Marion, Indiana the daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (Taylor) Haynes. 

Terrie worked at Wabash Technologies in Huntington and was a waitress at Café 37 in Marion and many other odd jobs.  She loved her cat “Baby”.  Terrie liked to collect everything, but especially angels, clocks and clowns; mostly angel figurines.  She enjoyed social media especially Facebook and playing games.

She is survived by a daughter, Stacie Timmons (Ollie Smith) of Marion; brother, Michael Haynes I (Debi) of Marion; step brothers, Vic (Billie) Cunningham of Columbia City and  Robert (Virginia) Cunningham of Marion; sister, Tammi Cunningham of Marion; step-sisters, Nancy Jones of Gas City, Melanie Bullock of Marion, Becky Shafer of Marion, Cindy Stewart of Marion and Shirley Mitchem of Florida; brother-in-law, Ronald Thompson of Marion; 3 grandchildren, Jaron Simpson, Kia Timmons and Jalen Wingo; one great-granddaughter, Ariana Emory;  special niece, Aimee (Chris) Carter and many other nieces and nephews; and her best friend of 50 years, Melissa Hueston of Gas City.

Terrie was also preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Thompson; step-brother, Fred Cunningham, Jr.; step-sister, Mary Ann Jones; and step-fathers, Paul Cunningham and James Stewart.

Friends and family may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.  Funeral Services will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Andrew Morrell officiating.
