Axel Reid Sikes, infant, passed away at 13:30 p.m. July 22, 2016 at the St. Vincent Women's Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana.
He is survived by his parents, Jason and Lauren (Smith) Sikes of Marion; a brother, Logan Sikes of Marion; maternal grandparents, Shannon (Duane) Ahnert of Peru, and Ronald Smith of Indianapolis; and paternal grandmother, Bonnie Mullins of Marion.
There will be no viewing or funeral services. Arrangements entrusted to Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.
