Daniel J. Finnegan

Daniel J. Finnegan, age 71, passed away at his residence on July 12, 2024. He was born September 6, 1952, in Wabash, Indiana, the son of the late Frank Finnegan and Jacquelyn (Conliff- Finnegan) Lendman.

Daniel worked for M & W Construction as a welder. He enjoyed fishing and hunting mushrooms, camping and cooking out with family and friends. He loved watching Colt’s football and was also an avid Purdue fan.

He is survived by his daughter: Angela Wakefield of Wabash, one sister Juanita (Ronnie) Bevington of Hanceville, Alabama, three grandchildren: Brittany Wakefield, Breanne Wakefield, and Jennifer Barthelow, two great grandchildren: Braxton Wakefield and Niah Henry, eight nieces and nephews: Bonnie Moore, Brenda Bevington, Brian Bevington, Eric Bevington, Tina Finnegan, Beth Finnegan, Frank Finnegan III, Flora Sanchez, plus their children and grandchildren.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents: Frank Finnegan and Jacquelyn Conliff Finnegan Lendman, one brother: Frank Finnegan Jr., and one daughter: Erica Finnegan.

Visitation for friends and family will be Monday July 22, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, at Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W Kem Rd., Marion, Indiana 46952. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6:00 PM.
