Greggory S. Morgan, a cherished husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, at his home in LaFontaine, surrounded by his loving family. Born on December 21, 1961, in Noblesville, Indiana, Greggory lived a life filled with passion, dedication, and love.
For thirteen wonderful years, Greggory operated the Sweetser Cafe alongside his beloved wife, Tabitha Morgan. Their partnership not only flourished in business but also reflected the deep bond they shared in life. Prior to this venture, Greggory served as a repo man for ten years, employing his skills and commitment in a challenging profession.
Greggory’s dedication to his country was evident through his military service. He proudly served as a Sergeant in the United States Army and also within the Indiana Army National Guard for fourteen years. This sense of duty extended beyond his military career into all aspects of his life.
Those who knew him are aware of his love for riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, which was a lifelong passion. He also had a creative spirit; Greggory loved to sing and produced two of his own CDs, showcasing his talent and love for music. Karaoke was another beloved hobby, where he often shared his gift of song with friends and family.
Greggory is survived by his devoted wife, Tabitha Morgan; his sons, Luke Bartholomew Morgan and Conrad Gregory Morgan; his daughter, Jasmine Lei Gaskill; his stepson, Jeremiah Allen Boothby; his sisters, Dana Lynn Laub and Peni Bruce; his brother John Bruce; his stepfather, Billy Max Bruce; as well as eight grandchildren and one on the way, all of whom were touched by his warmth and kindness.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lesley Earl Morgan; his mother, Barbara Louise Bruce; and his siblings, Mike Morgan, Brian Morgan and Kristian Morgan. Each of these individuals held a special place in his heart and memories.
His presence will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. A visitation is scheduled for May 5, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM, both taking place at the Roseburg Event Center, located at 2983 W 38th St, Marion, IN 46953.
