Linda Walker, on April 19 1948 in the serene town Bradshaw, West, departed this on February 20, 2026, leaving behind legacy of love, dedication, and compassion. A revered professional in her field Linda devoted her to Medical Administration at the VA Northern Indiana Care System in, Indiana, where she comprised backbone of functionality serving veterans with commitment and respect.
her early years Linda was defined her warmth and passion life. She relished thrill of Indiana University basketball, filling her home and her with the exuberance that only true fans possess. In youth, her joy could often be found along the bowling lanes, where laughter complemented the shattering of pins. As time flowed on, her fondness for social connection blossomed in the simple yet cherished gatherings around a card table, especially during spirited games of Euchre.
Linda's family was the crowning jewel of her existence, a profound source of joy and purpose. She is survived by her beloved husband and steadfast partner, Dan Walker; her cherished son Brian (Dawn) Butts, daughter, Jennifer Bosley. Siblings Dale Rowe, Phillip Rowe, and sister Sandy Johnson extend their love as they reminisce about the indelible impact she had on their lives. Linda took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Amber, Courtney, Brady, Cody, Alexis, and a great-grandmother to Harlow, Henderson, Theo, Clara, Maya, Cora, Eric, Blake, and Zephyr, each child a testament to her nurturing spirit and devotion.
Linda also remembers with fondness her mother Hazel Rowe and grandparents, who nurtured the values of family and kindness that she carried throughout her life. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bob Rowe, with whom she shared a deep bond of sibling love.
In recognition of her life’s contributions, family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on February 24, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service commencing at 1:00 PM, both to be held at the Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, located at 1202 West Kem Road in Marion, Indiana.
