Stacy Ann Lewis, a devoted homemaker, was born on June 25, 1980, in Marion, Indiana. She passed away on October 5, 2025, in her hometown of Marion, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to her family.

Stacy is survived by her loving husband, Donald A. Lewis Sr., and her cherished son, Donald A. Lewis Jr. She also leaves behind her mother, Rose Drake, along with her brother, Scotty Titus, and sister, Samantha Stevens. They will all remember her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support throughout their lives.

Stacy was preceded in death by her father, Gary Titus, who has surely welcomed her with open arms. Her family and friends will deeply miss her presence and the joy she brought into their lives.
