Charles Huffman Obituary

Charles B. “Barry” Huffman, age 66, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023 in his home.

Barry was born on May 31, 1956, in Marion, Indiana, the son of the late Charles and Janet (Williams) Huffman. 

He was a union pipefitter for Linigers Local 166 of Ft. Wayne for 20 years until his retirement.  He loved fishing and canoeing with his son, Rodney, and riding his ’78 Sportster.  Barry was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs and was a member of the Eagle’s Lodge #277 in Marion.

He is survived by his son, Rodney Huffman; a brother, Daniel Huffman; a sister, Christine Davis; and 1 granddaughter, McKenna Huffman.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Clayton Huffman and a sister, Valerie Atchison.

Arrangements are entrusted to Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.  As per Barry’s wishes, cremation will take place with A Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Grant County Rescue Mission, 423 S. Gallatin Street # 1937, Marion, Indiana 46953.
