Donald E. Bailey

Donald E. Bailey, age 56, of Fairmount, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023 in Alexandria.

Donald was born on May 24, 1966, in Marion, the son of Roger (Debbie) and Margaret (Vanlandingham) Bailey.  He was a journeyman, and worked in construction and tree trimming.

He enjoyed motorcycles and fishing, and he loved talking trash!  Donald was a beloved son, father and grandfather and will be missed by those he left behind.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Brianna Miller of Noblesville; a brother, Shelby Bailey; two grandchildren, Autumn and Summer; uncle, Jerry Vanlandingham and aunts, Janice Cook and Nora Thomas. 

As per Donald’s wishes, cremation will take place.  Arrangements are entrusted to Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, 2340 W. 14th Street, Marion, Indiana.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Marion-Grant County Humane Society, 505 S. Miller Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953.
