Robert A. King, age 54, of Marion, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024. Robert was born June 7, 1969, In Marion, Indiana the son of the late Robert and Mildred (Kirk) King.

He worked At Barry Bunker as an Auto Tech, he also loved racing. Robert was a pit crew member for Tyler Hewitt, he was an amazing dad who raised his daughters as a single dad.

Robert is survived by two daughters; Robin (Gavi) Ortega of Marion and Jessica (Christopher Marshall) King of Van Buren, five grandchildren; Gabriela, Ryleigh and Gavi Ortega, Avery and Phoenix Phifer.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Raven Choate Robinson Funeral Home, 1202 W Kem Rd., Marion, IN. Funeral service will begin immediately following visitation. Pastor Tom Mansbarger will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be given in memory of Robert to Cancer Services of Grant County, 305 S. Norton St, Marion, IN 46952 or to Marion – Grant County Humane Society, 505 S Miller Ave., Maron, IN 46953.
