Timothy Keenan

Timothy Keenan, age 88, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Independence Village in Zionsville, Indiana.

Tim was born November 26, 1933 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Charles and Helen (Speicher) Keenan.  He was an Air Force Veteran.  He married Dolores Jonas on June 2, 1956, and she preceded him in death on February 2, 2015.  He worked as a metallurgist at Atlas Foundry until his retirement in 1995.

He is survived by two sons, Shaun (Teal) Keenan of Marion, and Patrick (Julie) Keenan of Gas City; two daughters, Jennifer Giles of Zionsville and Michelle Keenan-Slick of Austin, Texas; and five grandchildren, Chloe, Ben, Jeff, Tammy and Nicole.

He was also preceded in death by a brother Jack, and a sister Marilyn.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022 at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W. Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. 

Visitation will also be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1009 Kem Road, Marion, Indiana.   Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Father Ted Rothrock officiating. 

Burial will follow the funeral mass in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion (Huntington County), Indiana.
